Be slim without dieting

Diets are often hard, little success and frustrating. Small behavior changes that limit not the joy of life, lead to the slim line, however, in the long term.
They sweat, they starve, they torment themselves: who would like to remove, must suffer. Because most diets require a high level of effort. But the successes have mostly not in the long term and the only thing that remains afterwards is the frustration – and again overweight. It therefore is better in the long run his life so imperceptibly to change, that is the joy of life and the pounds are still shrinking.

Some diets provide (or exclude) a particular food or type of food. Other diets are fasting or cleansing programs. Still other diets include a combination of different foods at different times.
All this is bad diet-nutrition. The No 1. rule of good diet nutrition is:

Eat a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods.

Fad Diets are Plain Unhealthy
