When you are expecting a baby, it is important to make sure to provide all the nutrients they need through your diet. It is generally recommended to take between 11 and 15kg during pregnancy. Women who are underweight at pregnancy should try to gain more weight than that, and even women who are overweight in early pregnancy should take at least 9kg throughout their pregnancy. However, the weight gain itself is less important than the food you eat to take this weight.
